F.A.Q.'s

  • How long are shipping times?

Products ship within 2 to 5 business days of your order, and then take from 5 to 15 days to reach your doorstep. For any variations to this time frame, check the individual product page for an estimated delivery time.  

  • What's your return policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be 100% satisfied.

There are a few things to keep in mind when returning an item for a refund:

  • We give you 30 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.
  • All items (unworn, unpacked and undamaged), will need to be approved prior to any refunds. If they are not in their original condition, no refund will be issued.
  • All items will need to be returned by a self-paid delivery service. We do not refund the shipping cost for a return.
  • If product is damaged due to delivery service, you must contact the delivery service and follow their guidelines for damaged delivery of goods.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation so if that happens, then we will communicate with you on a case by case basis.  Because our products are so awesome this isn't an issue, but we will work with you to make you happy.  Just reach out to help@dolifehealthier.com.

  • What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund once you have sent us the tracking number for your return.  You must send the incorrect item to: 139 Apex Loop Suite 101, Folsom, Ca 95630.  We will refund the cost of shipping as well, if the mistake was on our end.  Just be sure to show us the receipt. You can always reach us at help@dolifehealthier.com if you have questions.  

  • Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one. Refer to number 4 above if it's the wrong item and number two above for the return policy.

  • Can I track my order on your site?

Yes! We offer order tracking on your site - https://dolifehealthier.aftership.com.  Or you can access the page by going to the footer of the home page and select Order Tracking. If you have not received it or you can't find it, simply email help@dolifehealthier.com.
